Welcome to Sunshot! These Terms of Use are a binding legal agreement between you and Sunshot. These Terms govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services—including visiting the website, downloading the app, or connecting a wallet—you agree that:
(1) you’ve read, understand, and accept these Terms.
(2) you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
(3) you have authority to enter into these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. The Services are for entertainment purposes only—Sunshot does not offer financial or investment advice.
Please note: Section 14 includes an arbitration agreement, a class action waiver, and jury trial waiver. Unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration and waive your right to court or jury trials and class actions.
1. Use of the Services
Sunshot provides a platform via its app and website allowing users to view and interact with digital assets, such as meme tokens, by connecting their wallets. Users can draft transaction messages for sending via third-party protocols. Display of digital assets does not constitute endorsement or financial advice.
Users may view data and visualizations about assets connected to their wallets. Sunshot relies on third-party services to provide such data and is not liable for any inaccuracies or losses.
Users are responsible for connecting wallets they own or control, and for ensuring their digital assets comply with legal requirements. Sunshot cannot access user wallets, perform transactions on users’ behalf, or guarantee compatibility with all protocols or assets.
2. Registration
To access certain features, users must register an account, connect a wallet, or have an account with a supported app store. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Sunshot may suspend accounts with false or outdated data.
3. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Impersonate others or provide false data
- Interfere with or harm the Services
- Circumvent security measures
- Use bots or automated tools without permission
- Engage in unlawful activities, including market manipulation or using wallets for illicit purposes
- Post infringing or unlawful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to others’ wallets
4. Proprietary Rights
Sunshot owns all rights in the Services, excluding open-source software and user-submitted content. Users grant Sunshot a global, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use user content, including for training AI tools. Feedback is voluntarily provided and may be used freely by Sunshot.
These Terms are subject to change. Updates will be posted within the Services. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. Please review these Terms regularly.
